FAQ

  • Why is my login unsuccessful?
  • Did you use the correct login-information? Please don’t hesitate to contact us to reset your password if you are unsure.
  • I have finished an Activity. Why can´t I continue with the next one?
  • To continue with the next Activity you must complete the previous Activity with at least 60% success.
  • Why does an empty page appear after the login?
  • Probably there are no units assigned. Please contact your consultant in your local Cambridge Institute.
  • Can I use the application on tablets too?
  • Unfortunately not. The application is designed only for PCs and Notebooks.
  • Why is my microphone not working?
  • Chrome users: It could be possible that you disabled the access to the microphone by accident. You can change the microphone access settings for certain webpages in the Chrome settings. Open Chrome -> Settings -> Advanced settings -> under Privacy, choose Content settings. Under the same section, choose „Manage exceptions“. If the Dolphin application is already listed and the behaviour is not allowed, remove the application from the list (click X). After that, click „Done“ and start our application again. At the next activity where the microphone is needed, two pop-up windows will appear where you have to enable the microphone. Click on „Allow“ and start using the microphone!

    Other users: Our application needs a flash player plug-in in the browser. Due to our experience the flash player sometimes gets stuck in other browsers and it cannot be restarted. We recommend Google Chrome as a browser for using our application. You can download Google Chrome here. To start using the microphone, you have to click on „allow“ when a pop-up window in the browser appears. The microphone is then ready and you can start using it!
  • Why does the Video/Audio get stuck?
  • Chrome users: Try to reset the Chrome Settings. Open Chrome -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Reset settings and choose „Reset settings“. After that, a pop-up window will appear. Choose „Reset“. Restart the browser and start using our application.
